    E36 Guibo?

Ive been doing some research. just thought I would make sure I've got it right before I order. I've read that the E36 guibo is beefier than the E30 unit for the swap. I have a 97 S52, ZF, and E30M3 driveshaft. The E36 328i guibo is the one to use...right?

    TIA,

    kr

I used the ZF M3 flex disk (S50B32 / ZF / E30M3 driveshaft) and there were no issues with fitment.

You need the e36 M3 guibo. The e30 325i one will not work. The e30 M3 one probably would, but don't quote me.

IIRC the e30 m3 one is still a lot thinner. Gustaves had some deal where he upgraded his with an e36 m3 one.

        I used an e36 m3 one.

Make sure you buy e30 m3 drive shaft bolts. The e36 drive shaft bolts are too long it will touch the trans housing.

            good luck!
