Help last wire

Okay this wire needs to be bolted to a power that is not constent. If bolted to the lil power block on the fire wall. The car will not turn off, so what should I do?!?!? Did I hook up a wire wrong?

Isn't that a ground? I honestly don't remember.

no sir that is what I thought it was too. The car would not start tell I touched it to the power block.

Yeah, that is a power wire. The wire that is closest to the diagnostic connector is a ground, the one that comes out of the harness a few inches away is a power wire.

Well if I bolt that down my car will not shut off. So what do I do about that wire.

hate to say it but peel the housing off and see what color it/they are.

We already know its a power wire.

Hook it to an ignition-switched power source.
