Last weekend I pulled my m50 out and put in a m52 but used my m50 head with all of its electronics. I also added a m20 flywheel and starter. Now the starter won't turn the engine over. Yes I did shave the oil pan and it will turn over by hand, although it is tough. It can be done with a 12" breaker and one hand though. The celinoid is firing but that is it, and it doesn't engage all the time. Any ideas?

yes I did, I just got it started. It was a bad starter. However now the head gasket is leaking even though it was just replaced.Comment
