Those of you using OB2 manis and mids...

what the fuck has to be done to make these fuckers fit? The midpipe was a bitch to bolt on to the manifold and it touches the body all the way down. Im guessing they need to be bent quite a bit, no? To work they go, to be made love to with the torch.

and pierced, im going to pierce your colon if you feel compelled to attempt another weak insult.

    hmmm...

they shouldn't be touching the body. Mine deff aren't. Although you have to dent the outer wall of the downpipes a tad so it doesn't hit the swaybar.

Its like the angle of the downward bed is not enough. Im not sure really how i could fuck up bolting up two pipes. I also had to lift the motor a bit for the install for the forward pipe to clear the subframe. But yeah, its defiantly rubbing the body and the very end is tucked up and pointed at the gas tank!

I have not done this, but I hear people using the mid pipe will take a 1/8 inch chunk of aluminum and put it on top of the motor mounts to raise the engine up a tad for the mid pipe to clear.

I have 2 spacers on right now, but I never ended up using the stock mid pipe.

Its not a matter of the midpipe clearing, thats fine. Its everything behind that thats touching the body.
