    Another relay question

I bought a new E36 engine harness for my swap. I've been getting it ready for installation. I dont have an E36 325 to take notes from so hopefully one of you good peoples can help. Here is a picture of the relay plugs in question...

Three sockets. One with blue tape around it, one with two large-gauge positive wires, one with four 18 or 20 ga. wires. These are the fuel pump, main, and O2 sensor relays right? Which is which? I'm guessing that the socket with the heavy gauge wires is the main. But I dont want to guess wrong on something and burn up a $700 harness

    Thanks,

    kr

The main relay is the 5-pin relay with the red and red/white wires. The 4-pin fuel pump relay is the one with the green/violet and brown/green wires (pin 87 and 85 respectively), and the remaining 4-pin relay is the O2 sensor.

That being said, you will need a 5-pin relay for the main relay, and the other two are interchangeable. Nothing to screw up.
