    e30 e36?

I don't even know what your talking about. Please rephrase in a coherent sentence instead of a list of nouns.

      I understand the question...

You need to use the OBDI spider hose (with the little pipe you put in the front timing cover) and the stock late e30 coolant tank and hose.

I cut apart an e36 obd1 spider hose to get the proper sized piece I needed, rather than switching to all obd1 spider hose.

I am using the metal obd 2 spider hose . I was just wondering if someone has found a good part # to get from the output on the fender well mounted expansion tank to this hose ? I prefer to use the metal hose and I have read that many have also used this hose rather than JB weld ??? a fitting on the timing cover . I thank you for your time !

I kept the metal pipe because I didn't see a reason to swap to the OBDI rubber spider hose. I used a leftover coolant hose to connect the reservoir to the metal pipe connector that's pointed towards the fender.

The key thing is to cut the hose in such a way that you capture the bend you need.
