    GB: Stock M50 and M50 w/ S50 cam chips!

    Hey guys,

I've gotten a lot of PMs about software, but I think a lot of people are on the fence about it... so how about a deal?

If you guys can get 5 people together, we'll do each M50TU chip for $200 and each M50TU w/ S50 cam chip for $250. That's $50 off regular price either way. Shipping is included, of course. Chips can be configured for 93 or 91 octane, no EWS issues, and they're in stock and ready to ship out.

These chips won't be quite as agressive, but here's a dyno of a 100% stock e36 325is running a custom tune from TRM:

I also just sold a chip to an e36 customer who's planning to dyno before and after, so I should have some data on the actual chip soon. I will also have some graphs of my M50 w/ S50 cams after I get a chance to go back to the dyno with my TRM chip. I put down 180 with AA software, but the graph was UGLY. I'm almost embarrased to post it. Luckily I have a great chip now. :giggle:

Feel free to ask questions here in the thread or email me at mattbarn at gmail.com

    Thanks!

    Matt

PS: I have also gotten a lot of interest in S52 chips, which are in the pipeline also. Once we finish dyno tuning them, we'll probably have another group buy.

It's at the wheels, and it's a dynojet 248c. That's techno550's spece36 project... all stock so far, except software.

Good pull all the way to 7300. He's hoping for a lot more once he builds an exhaust and tunes the ECU for it.

Street chips will NOT be that agressive. A custom tune to that level runs $650.

Thats's a STRONG M50! With a 1.17 correction factor the car has around 220 at the crank!

The motor is as it came in the car... totally stock. That's all software.

Street chips will have a safer 7k redline, also.

              Eventually, yes.

Gotta sell the chips we have to buy dyno time to make more chips.

my brother is interested in the S50 cam/high redline/93 octane chip.

                    any more interest?

Hmm, I wasn't really expecting this to get bumped so soon.

I'm still working on getting dynos... it's hard to get people to buy chips with no graphs. Too many times we just show up at the dyno with a car that's already been road tuned so we don't have a baseline for it.

                        Anyway, the list:

                        1) 2002maniac's bro
                        2) e30 gangsta

Make that hit 5 people and you all get $50 off.
