Which front strut bars fit with our motors?

Is there any clearance issue with the Sparco? IE? Mason/Vorshlag?

    Thanks!

It clears, but won't fit over the wiring cover that sits on top of the intake manifold/coil cover - so you would have to ditch that piece.

What cover? I'm using the M42/S14 harness cover and it fits fine.

Fits fine over the plastic valve cover in buddies car. What mounts did you use?

Let me guess.....you still have the E36 harness cover on & laid over the valve cover. Get the E30 M3 piece, and then crack that old thing open, rip out unneeded wires, rewrap & put in M3 cover. Now any bar will fit.

Sorry if I'm wrong, but that's like the only possible way I can see that a bar won't fit.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

Bingo, the E36 wiring harness cover. The Sparco won't fit over that. I intend to clean the cover up a bit (thanks for the tip on the E30 M3 cover) but it's not at the top of the list for th moment.

FWIW it's in a cabrio - not sure that makes a difference.

                          Thanks guys.

No word on the Vorshlag/Mason bar? That's the one I'm eyeing at the moment.
