Questions on Exhaust CAT & ECU

New your words of wisdom folks:

I am running no CAT but want to install maybe a universal one, two CATS. Your suggestions where to get them at a good price? I have dual pipes and clearance is my target? They run side by side to each other. Some I see are bulky and may not fit.

Thinking more of a straight CAT design.

On ECU, I run stock ECU and stock CHIP, it may be a newbiew question but do factory ECU and CHIP have rev-limiter protection? My tach is from the E30M3 with 6 cyl coded plug and is accurate up to the point when I hot high RPM's seems like it has more pull to do but I let go because of my concern, would the CHIP cut fuel off once I hit peak?

Any good places in NEW YORK to do an exhaust job? Preferably Long Island or Queens.

    Thanks!

I reach 8k but I do not hear any cutting-off....

I am running a Magnaflow dual in / dual out cat converter. That's probably your easiest option. The only way I see making 2 cats is to stagger them.
