    m50 swap Q

I'm doing a m50 swap into a 318is and I'm gunna use a m20 flywheel with the getrag 240. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so what t/o bearing did you use. I think it is the e21 323 one. Let me know thanks.

runs great. I did kill one tranny that had unknown miles on it but it was at least 260kish so I was expecting it to go. The tranny is rated at 240lbs of tq so unless you are boosted you should be fine.

I'm using the stock 318is rad just like that someone told you. Its not the thickest rad out there but it gets the job done. I may eventually fab up a aluminum one but like I said this is fine for now. I'm not sure if you have IM but feel free to shoot me any other 318is 24v swap questions. I'd be glad to give you my advice and help you w/ your questions.
