    m50 into 1988 325

So can I use the driveshaft and tranny from the 88? its a super eta.

I have a chance to grab a 1988 325 with a ton of suspension work done for like 900 and a complete m50 motor ecu and tranny with less than 100k on it for 1300. But if I could use my tranny that would deff save me some cash.

You have to bend the shift rod carrier and selector. And you have to either get diff tranny mounts, or weld up a new tranny bracket to compensate for the 10* or so shift of the tranny.

I am very surprised that no one offers a prebuilt transmission bracket for the market on this.

Some one here was but I don't remember his screen name.
