I blew up 2nd gear in my Getrag 250 [e36] and am thinking of replacing it with a ZF [95 M3] Will this trans fit with my e36 drive shaft? I have a 87 e30 with single vanos M50

No it won't work. The Getrag 250 has a 78 mm guibo and the ZF 310/320 has a 96 mm guibo.
You'll need to get a E36 M3 four bolt driveshaft, E36 328i driveshaft, E30 M3 driveshaft, or late E30 325e driveshafts with a 96 mm input flange. However, the eta driveshaft will have 10mm bolts, unlike the other driveshafts that I mentioned, which have 12mm bolts, so the fit may not be ideal.
