89 4 door harness help

So I am in the process of swapping in my m50 harness but I have run in to a problem I do not think my car has a c104 plug instead it has to similar plugs (see pic) is this just a updated c104 plug or what
the wire coalers are

small plug body side harness colors
green/black
big plug
red/black
violet/black
Body side plugs




motor harness colors
small plug
red/blue
big plug
black/gray
violet/gray

motor harness side of plug


Does any one know what plug does what?

ok well I have another question and a bump for my this tread I have made 2 harness adaptes so far and both have not worked
the first was using the zionville pinouts
the next was using this pinout


I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers or if anyone local would like to swing by and give me some pointers or hell if any would like to make me one

my car is a 89 325i auto that has been converted to a 5 speed,
m52 with obd1 harness and 413 ecu

Did you bypass the start relay and the neutral / park switch?

yes I did
the motor turns over just fine and the coils are getting power but it is just not statting

With a 1989 325i you will not have to tap into the C104 for vehicle speed, tach, or fuel consumption.

All OBD-I sensors present? Fuel pump / pressure present?

yes all obd 1 sensors are present
well I when back and redid all the wiring connections and I am still
having the same problem. The problem seems that their is some type of
back feed, because as soon as i power up the system even with the key
in the off position the all light in the dash stay on. and the abs
pump clicks and a relay under the dash also clicks. the motor will
turn over and the coils are getting power but still no start
if this helps my cars last 7# of the vin are ed23074 to find the build date
this is what I have as far as a pin out
e30 to e35
1 to 25
2 oil pin
3 blank
4 to 12
5 to 23
6 blank
7 to 21
8 to 24
9 to 20
10 oil pin
11 to 19
12 to 8
13 to 13
14 to 14
15 to 15

update

I tried cutting the connection between e30 pin 7 and e36 pin 21 and this solved the feed back problem that was turning all the lights in the cluster but it is still not starting the car.

so when I put a test light between pin 7 I get positive power and the same when I put the test light between pin 21
so pin 7 on the e30 harness is the key on power to harness
pin 21 on the e36 harness is also power to key on

well I think I found the problem and it only cost me my dme I had the main power and grown switched so as soon as I get a new dme we will give it a try and see
