Most all online parts vendors carry the Ronak aluminum thermostat housing, including bma and fap99.

i ordered from them all the time when i first got into BMW's. I ordered a fuel pump and it squealed like a whore. i called about replacing it and everything was fine and dandy. they said pay for the new one, replace it and send back the old one, sounds easy huh? if i didnt get tracking info and delivery sign confirmation i would have lost money because they said they NEVER received it. i had to ask if the person who signed for the package for them to even get serious about the matter. then they said that they couldnt find it, NOT MY PROBLEM! took then 3 months for them to refund me, i also had to wait for a check.

Maybe not scammers, but not someone id buy from again, terrible experience from people that treated me like crap.

Shit happens. I know this place for about 7 years now and order stuff from time to time and never had any problems. Stuff like that can happen with any company - that doesn't mean you need to scream they are scammers. If a company is a scammer or doing business wrong - there is no chance in hell it will survive for that long as they been in business.

I just ordered my suspension from TireRack and they always had A+ service. All deliveries are the next or the second day after you place an order, everything is tip-top. But this time they sent me my front Konis as open item without single piece of hardware. And I had to get on the phone and explain my problem and make them send out a new set of front shocks.
That doesn't make me go around and say they are scammers, trying to rip me off and send me some used/incomplete crap...

did it take you 5 months to resolve the issue?

i admit "scammers" was the wrong word to use but they did not car about my transaction whatsoever.
