ALRIGHT! drove the car down the street today, its a fucken dog, as my air/fuel meter reads(thought i had it hooked up wrong) its running super lean, any ideas guys?? i have the s52 injectors in it, runs and idles fine but somethings definetly wrong with the fuel situation. anyways heres what i did today...my shift kit did not fit so i hacked up the m42 linkage, sifter is perfect in the center, but the shifts are longer than before, oh well.

fancy e36m3 shift kit...waaaay to short like 3 inchs

comparision is modified e30 bavauto kit

heres how off center the shifter is, but that seems to be the perfect spot for me.
    top view center with console

up shift...ignore the sanded shifter and g unit cd

    down shift...

thats all for now, any help would be greatly appreciated!

nope, just goes on normal, the only problem with the 318 shaft was it was to far forward, and was pulling quit a bit on the rubber to line up to the holes. from what i can see the m3 shaft is the perfect length there wont be any pullling on the rubbber this time. it will be fun trying to get the CSB off again without destroying it.

heres the 318 at top, and m3 at bottom, the m3 is about an inch shorter and the diameter might be a hair thicker as well. just waiting for my m3 guibo and this bitch is goin in.

I did, but it looks like it would have worked the other way too.
