Awesome dude! Yeah, you'll lose a bunch of torque if you don't size the exhaust right!
Must feel soooo good to have it pulling hard finally!

Oh man... you had no exhaust on the car and it was slow. From now on, that's question #1 whenever anyone has any running issues with their car.

PS. Stop F-ing with your fuel pressure now, please. Set it to 3.5 bar and forget that you have an adjustable FPR.

Congrats on getting it running properly. (And this is why I harp on exhaust sizing so much.)

very happy myself i dont think its worth the hassle of finding those parts, plus after seeing the power steering lines, im not sure what i would have done to make the e30 ones work. well worth the money.

i think i blew the diff, i forgot to check the fluid level and now that it was making some serious noises, i thought id check and i was able to add about a liter and a half, i drove it around again and it is quiter but it feels like something is loose in there. so is it a bad idea to through the 4.10 in there just so i can drive it to get my stickers and emissions test?

it shoulb be fine. but your gears will be so short. 1st gear would probaly be till about 15mph

The 410 will be fine, just realize that it's made for the 1.8, so make sure your S52 doesn't put out any more torque than the 1.8 would have.

Yeah, I agree. The 410 gears is fine, been daily driving mine that way for 5 months so far, shitty highway miles and low top speed but oh well its great in town.
