    It has officially begun, E30 M50 w/SC

Just sent payment for my complete E34 M50TU (not a bad price, paid $761 shipped to my door with everything). I'll be collecting parts for the swap over the next month or two.

I really can't wait until it gets here, I've been waiting to buy it for like 3 months.

Anyhow, pics to come later...here is the car its going into...Delphin FTW

I've got new fenders painted and ready to put on aswell....

    edit: pics added of everything

hahaha, it's so funny because thats the best way I have been able to describe the damage. I bought it like that, it's what I think happened to.

it will definitely be a fun car. I have the powerdyne kit on my car and its a blast.

the supercharger kit was free too... my brother just had the kit sitting in his closet because he is doing a turbo build now. I found a good spot for it instead of the closet.

what tune are you going to go with?

I'm really not sure yet, I'll probably end up caving and spend alot on NickG tuning. Although, I have also been looking into a standalone setup...maybe even megasquirt.

That's a long time away though, first I am focused on getting the M50 in and running

let us know if it requires alterations to the kit for fitment. i have been thinking about supercharging for the 24 valver.. but id also like to give it some more displacement and a fresh bottom end.

the tensioner pulley for the supercharger belt was hitting the radiator on mine so I had to get a thinner radiator. I got a cheap aluminum one from summit and its been working great. other than just routing the piping a little differently there were no issues with fitment.

M42 rad i think helps with the S/C fitment as well since its not as wide.

Cool man, yeah I've been thinking about it more...MS just seems like the best option right now.

Since I know I'll have the SC for probably like a year, then I'll need to go turbo.
