Are All Red Label 413s created equal?

Are all 0 0261 200 413 ECUs good for OBD 1 conversions regardless of car model/year? Real OEM lists a variety of PNs for 413 ecu's. I assume this is related to the model specific programming?

Specifically - I've got an S52 that I need to convert to OBD1 along with SW changes for cams, headers, 3.5 HFM.....etc.

A red label 0 0261 200 413 from an automatic 525i is fine for what I'm doing, correct? Thanks in advance.

Yup, my ECU is from a 525i but has an M3 chip.
