I needed to replace my transmission in my 1995 525i. I purchase a Getrag from a 1992 e34 on ebay. The transmission arrived and was a ZF. If was also damaged in shipping. One of the mounting tabs broke along with a small piece of the bell housing. The seller refused to refund my money and my paypal dispute fell thought because of the modifications I did to the shifter linkage mounting holes. I drilled though a inch behind the original in an attempt to get the shifter to line up. Any ways I no longer need this and it is just taking up space in my garage. The transmission could easily be fixed and has only 134,000 on it.
