M52tu block w/M50 head??

    M52tu block w/M50 head??

    Will an M50 cyl head work with the block of an M52tu aluminum block? My main concern is the pistons and valve clearance. Has anyone tried this?

      Yes it will.
      Same Head. jst different internals/vanos.

          No. M52Tu has the oil/water passages in different spots. M50 head will bolt up to an M52 bottom end though.

                  The M52tu is a completely different casting than the M5x motors and are incompatible with each other.
