another kill with the s52!

so i was driving on the 405 S last night and ran into a mkIV r32, so i down-shifted to 4th to see if he would run. first time i tried him he wouldn't go, but then he got some inspiration...basically we took off round 70 up to 110. by the time i got to 90 i was over a car ahead, then i kept pulling to about 2 1/2 cars by 110. i expected as much, but can't say it wasn't fun.

Very cool. I got to make a hit with my friend and his 400 fwhp turbo integra last night. We both need new tunes but I definitely had him out of the hole and through the middle of 3rd where he started to come around me. It was fun.

i have an obd1 s52, w/ 24# injectors, 3.5" hfm, 3" exhaust (will be 2.5" with a nice set of headers soon), ltw flywheel and tms chip for the mods...3.25 lsd ftw!!!

ran one with the m50.. got him 2 out of 3 runs. 1st side by side, i dont know if he dropped but i was in 4th at 85 and i had him by a fender to 125. 2nd, me in front, top speed run. he was 8 cars back at 145. i downshifted to 3rd at 75. 3rd run him in front by a car, ran from 75, i was in 3rd, he pulled me by another car to 120 or so. I suppose the first run he didnt downshift considering how he got me on the third. he was cool about it and we exchanged waves.

i heart ur car...i want to build my motor sick NA just like urs, only problem is i don't have the money yet and it's my daily. eventually i want to bore and stroke it, bump up the compression, port and polish, nice valve job, etc... i wish u were closer i'd love to see ur whip

Do it from a dig next time, r32 launch alone will put a few car lenghts on you lol ;)

mk4 r32 is about 3400lbs, at 240hp and just about the same amount of torque. How much does your car weight with s52 ?
