Question on Fuel pump/oxygen sensor relays

With 525i harness, all wires checked, with 413 DME red label, I can't get the fuel pump relay to kick in, nor does the oxygen sensor relay activate. The main relay activates, but no signal from DME to fuel pump or oxygen relays. I can ground the relay and pump will run. Checked wire from DME connector to relay, 0 ohms resistence, so the wire is good. Replaced relays with new ones. Any suggestions as to what it might be? Engine will start and run until fuel is used up in the fuel rail.

According to the wiring diagram, the DME sends a ground signal to both the fuel pump and oxygen sensor relays, when key in start/run position.

    OK figured it out

According to the Bentley manual, the fuel pump and O2 sensor relays get power when the key is in start, and then in the run postion, once the engine starts. But they will not get be activated by the DME in the run position if the engine does not start....
