Mobil 1 as long as it's been on synthetic all its life; 5-30 or 10-30 works well for our motors

I'm using LiquiMoly 10-60W RaceTech. Kind of expensive, but I like it.

Royal Purple is overpriced. Go with Mobil 1, Total, or Elf.

Royal Purple Racing41 (XPR 10W40) for track duty, otherwise Castrol TWS (10W60).

What's the logic in going with a lighter oil for track days?

Well their heavier oil is 20W50, I've used that too but I like 10W40. Besides, the main thing is the protection levels of XPR, which is above and beyond anything else.

Mobil 1 15w50, tape a 20 dollar bill to it if you want the "royal purple" experience.

The best part is, it's around $4 a quart if you buy gallon jugs.
