Spark + Fuel + Air = no start WTF

Title says it all, I've got good spark and fuel but it's just cranking not even trying to start.

I checked spark at all cylinders and it's ok.

I checked the injectors, but they're basically just dropping drips fuel. Shouldn't it be spraying? I'm assuming this has got to be my issue.

    Any thoughts?

Oh - and photos of the car that hasn't run in 3 years...

do you have fuel pressure? is the starter engaging at all? compression? did you mess with the EWS at all?

            Fuel pump relay
Ground from the block to the frame
Ground from the rail to the head
            Fuel Pump
Reseat the chip in the DME.

You do have the right hoses connected to the right ends of the rail, right?

is your ecu bolted in the stock location??
if your not getting good ground to it then your car wont start.
make sure your battery is charged too.

Tap to unclog the injectors or send them out to be cleaned. 3 years makes it almost guaranteed they are clogged.

                  All good thoughts guys.

-Some things I know are ok:
                  -Ground from block to frame
                  -Ground from rail to head
                  -New 24lb injectors
                  -No EWS (507 DME)
                  -Starter is cranking motor
                  -New optima battery

                  Things I'm going to check:
-Double check fuel is flowing in correct direction through rail, after that check fuel pressure
-Mount DME in glove box (just sitting in there now)

Thanks for the input guys, I'll let you know what happens!

Fuel flow was my issue when I did mine. Had it connected the wrong way. You'll know though when you take line off the rail, it'll squirt from the pressure if it was on wrong.

I had the lines backwards so it just held the pressure in there but couldn't pump since it was wanting to go in the wrong direction. Basically meaning I had the pump working because I had pressure, so therefore the lines must be wrong since it had pressure but wasn't putting it into the cylinders.

The lines hold pressure no matter what way you hook them up. However this is a VERY common mistake amongst swappers, and a good thing to check on a no start. Have you tried verifying it as a fuel issue by spraying some starting fluid in the below and cranking it to see if it sputters?

Yeah, I was meaning as you know the pump is working so therefore it must be the lines since its got pressure.
