it started to idle like crazy, and threw a code for the potentiometer. I replaced the throttle position switch, but it still does it. So I'm thinking something may be awry with the throttle body itself, but with the motor off the springs function properly and everything.

I had the spring for the plenum, or valve i dunno whatever you want to call it, on the tb on my m20 stroker break, and it did the same thing. But there it wouldn't retract when you manually open the throttle, in the case of the m50 it does.

I don't have CAD anymore, my hd crapped out around the time I finished school so I never got it again

but in both of those images; the left side, w/the springs -I need a straight on shot of that

scott could you rotate it and give me another screen shot?

I don't have much else anymore...I used to run a shady hacked version of NX5 and recently switched to another less shady hacked version and the new versions I have doesn't want to open the files I saved with the other version... now the only interesting thing I have on NX5 is the IE 25/22 sways + all related bracket(dimensions of the sways are as close has could get them), M50TB + ASC TB, AKG bushings(subframe,TA, and diff) and my LTW S50 Flywheel. On SW I have a really nice tightenning system to setup a slackline (will show pics of the finished system on friday)

I'm trying to find time to duplicate every parts I bought/will buy for my car so if anythings breaks tears... I can duplicate it without having to buy it new again or
                  to reengineer it.
