I am running the e21 booster as well. I just put in the ebay headers and it looks like they will just clear the subframe with no spacer.

I got mine from a iflytii on the board here. I believe Treehouse is selling them for a good price now.

~ 5.5mm thick Al spacer on pass side only. machined to contour the top of the e28 mount. using s52, m50 mani, 7series/IX booster. clears by 1-1.3cm. ebay headers.No more e30s for me.
