735i booster install. A few questions???

well, i just recieved my 735i booster i ordered online from a bone yard and it didnt come with the extension piece that attaches to the booster. Now i recall reading somewhere that people were eliminating this piece? does anybody have information on how to install this booster without the extension bracket?

Are brakes really one of the items you want to "find a way to make it fit" vs using the proper method?

Swing wild, brake later, don't apologize.

ughh, people have mounted them without the spacer by making some modifications. I just want to know how they did it. Then ill use judgement to whether or not i will go about it. the extra clearance would be nice.

you will have to drill out new holes in the firewall, the ones there are too close together, which means drilling through the pedal assy as well. IIRC the 735i booster only has 2 bolts coming through the back. I think it would be better ising the spacer, plus then you dont have to cut and re die the shaft
