I am swapping my engine to an m52 and I am not sure what throttle cable to use?

Hmmm, I bought the e34 m50 throttle cable and it doesn't look like it will hook up to my throttle body. Also, where in the hell do I find the bracket that holds the throttle cable?

if you don't have the bracket, that'd be why the cable doesn't fit... Once you have the bracket, you should be able to have the bend that the cable has bending down and under the brake booster and then it'll come back up and fit through the housing.

Okay, now will the bracket from an OBD2 throttle body work?
