Hello all, here's the situation: I have an E36 M3 in my garage that I'm starting to part out. In the mean time I bought a 87 325e, my first E30, as a DD and I came to realize that I really like the E30's. The 325e is in good condition mechanically, but cosmetically, not so much.
My plan is to keep the 325e as a DD and buy a E30 325is with a good body/interior and swap the S52/ZF trans and do a five lug swap.
My question is:
Which parts should I keep from the M3, aside from the S52 and trans, and use for the new E30, I already sold most of the interior, except for the seats. Everything else is pretty much intact, except for the front clip. The entire drivetrain is perfect, 86k miles with a fresh UUC stage 1 M5 clutch/flywheel setup.
Thanks for your input, I'm doing the parting out first and don't want to sell something that I may use for the swap.
