    Kill Switch Engage

I've been thinking about wiring up a simple kill switch and could use some ideas. I've had the car done for a while and I find that I'm really apprehensive when I drive it anywhere and leave it for any length of time. A switch would give me a little more peace of mind.

I was thinking about interrupting a wire in the main or fuel pump relay harness, or maybe a wire in the DME harness. I'm leaning toward the DME harness because the wires are of a smaller gauge.

Perhaps some of the E30 tech gurus here could provide some advice.

    TIA

You could use the ecu signal wire from the ignition switch? or something like that? I would go for any sort of signal wire-low power.

Pin 58, yes, that was my thinking. Rather than having to use a relay to a larger wire carrying a load, I could just add a switch to a signal wire loop.
