m50's revs drop slow when warm

Ok so, when my car is ice cold and i start it up and drive it the revs drop like normal. But when my car warms up its revs drop slower.

Wondering if anyone knows why this is happening.

Its not a gradual decrease, its normal then slow. Like when the DME changes to closed loop.

I have a video to let you guys hear it.

    Thanks guys.

              It's a normal m20 singlemass flywheel, un-lightened though..

I thought that too but, it drops hella faster when its just started.

Has it always done this or is this a recent development?

been outa commision while im swapping to 5lug, missing some small parts. also, have a nasty oil leak that i cant trace down, i think the baffle in the e34 oil pan is making contact with something (oil pump?) and causing a leak at the pan gasket due to it not making proper contact. either that or a hairline crack somewhere. i opted to take off the s50 baffle on the bottom of the block, and use the one in the e34 oil pan, thinking maybe i should have gone the other way...
