Hey guys gonna be swapping a E36 M50 and 5pd into my 91 vert. Am just wondering which differential would work best. Am looking for it to feel a little torquey, but with gas prices so high i also want something Economical.

Honestly it depends on what transmission you plan on running.

If you can give that information we can better help you with your gearing choices.

2.93lsd if you want "something Economical" ...it would be the same as a 5sp e30 w/ 3.73 (common stock config)
        No more e30s for me.

I like the 3.25 behind my m50 powered zf box.

I get about 22 mpg and that includes getting into boost pretty often. Probably half highway half city driving usually too.
