quick temp question

Whats the average temperature that the M50 runs at? I have an aftermarket temp gauge and im just trying to make sure im not over heating or anything like that. I know M50s run a little hotter than M20s but how much?

LoL, this would be good information for me to know. With my car, I have the fan running all the time, with an 88º thermostat and it sits at midway. Before with the m20 I would only heat up to 1/4 of the way.

I need some real answers though.

You should be within 5 degrees of your thermostat temperature.

Cool, thats one of the facts I needed to know. That means im doing alright. But what average temp does everyone run?

I usually run 200 without a fan. I'm in maine so there isnt much of sittin in traffic.

Down here in LA I usually see temps of about 180. Give or take a little depending on temperature and traffic.
