No injector pulse?

OK...How about a list of things that would cause no injector pulse? (It's an 87 E30 with a 95 S50)I have tried and tried to figure this out???? I've got two different EWS delete chips. I have double and triple checked the Crank, IAC, Cam sensors they are correctly plugged in where they should be? I've got grounds and extra grounds. I've got 500ish ohms at the crank an cam sensors. Any other ideas. I am using a treehouse wiring harness.

What are your voltages at the injectors? Measure both the constant power lead and the injector pulse lead.

I have 11.67 volts with koeo at every injector.
