Who's got an AA supercharger on their S52?

Just wondering some q's before I buy it. C38 kit. Thanks if you could post pics that would be good...also what kind of power you make....

Might have some trouble fitting it if the abs computer is in the same place on the non-m e30s. Other then that you could make around 360whp with a good tune, better pully, etc.

If you want to know about active autowerke's kits, the man to talk to is Marco, he's an AA distributor and can get their kits at a discount that no one else can touch, apparently he has sold more kits than anyone around.

He's over on bf.c his username is marc1119, I had about an hour long conversation with him when I was considering the supercharger kit for my s50, which I may still do, but the economy is killing me at the moment as its doing to many others, so we'll see.

Talk to marco, he'll answer every question you have and will set you up with whatever kit you want.

its a nice setup you need a good clutch though. the m5 clutch with the uuc stage 2 flywheel gave out after 5000 miles.

its a really fun setup if you have the money for a plug and play setup

I will go with marco for sure. He gave me a quote that I am happy with for sure. Clutch and flywheel are already pretty beefy. Thanks for the input. Just looking for some pics.

Care to tell what disc material was? I was under the impression the performance organic & whatever the top level disc is were able to handle the FI for at least 20K.

In that 5K that toasted your disc (yours, right?) - how much of that was general point A - point B street(legal) driving?

Somehow that just seems like a burnt clutch in way too short of time.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

Ive driven many cars with vortechs before and they just dont do it for me. I would prefer a procharger but i dont want to go way extreme.

my brothers car. first 1000 or so was fun driving getting around wtih the car. after that it was alot of driving between the lakehouse and home. (100 miles each way)

now that i think more into it i remember the reason the clutch burnt out... the clutch dampener was still plumbed inline after switching to the lightweight which kept slipping the clutch during quick shifts.
