S52 swap; speedo works dometer doesn't

I just noticed the odometer isn't working, but the speedo is.

It's certainly possible the thing just decided to quit after 322,685 miles.

Is there anyway to get odometer working again or should I just get another speedo or cluster?

replace the plastic gears within the odometer... After they get old they become brittle and break very easy

Buy new ones from ebay, $8 for a set of new ones!
