    throtle cable

    Will the throtle cable work off my 318is for m52 swap. Or do I have to get a e34 m50 ?

        IIRC the m42 one will work but there is alot of slack so you need to do some work to it.

          The e34 one is very simple not to much slack to it. All you have to do is adjust it alittle.

              agree e34 is the way to go but if you're super cheap the m42 can be used. Just save youself a headache from it binding later and pay the 30 bux for the e34 one.

                Question: How do I dislodge the part of the throttle cable that is stuck to the firewall... I have no clue as to how to take it out?

                Inside the cabin: Should I turn the plastic bracket and push out? Or what? I'm getting pwned. LOL.

                    its clipped, so you have to get inside and you'll see from the inside how you have to push I believe top and bottom to make it work. That being said, I pushed one and then forced it out breaking the other. Wasn't gonna use it again so said screw it.
