    Fuel return question S52 swap

I believe I have traced the issue of the fuel tank (previous post of how I am only drawing fuel from the pump side and not transferring it from drivers side). Anyway, it seems that the return fuel line is not pressured up (I spoke with the tech when I had oil changed last week and he thought that this would be the only scenerio since it is a passive transfer in tank and the return pressure sends fuel over a venturi like tube in the tank). It is connected to the return on the fuel rail (rear by the firewall). Is there anything that I should check or how would this happen? Can the return line get clogged? It did work before the swap. Maybe some crap got in the line? Any suggestions (how can I test it myself)?

Does anyone know where it connects to the tank at? I was thinking of trying to blow compressed air through it. Maybe unplugging it and then trying the air.
The stealership thought they could fix it for about 1.5 hrs, but at $130ish per hour, that get expensive if this is an easy fix.

    thanks
