    which e30 m50 adapter to buy?

    which e30 m50 adapter should i buy? treehouse racing adapter costs 400 dollars! cant afford that. ive seen another for 200. does it matter? should i just do it myself?

    DIY Adapter. Comes with a free wire stripper and soldering iron and assorted collection of heat shrink tubing.

      Seriously. Do it yourself. It really isn't hard. Just pull up the wiring diagrams from etms, mix and match and tada.

          mix and match and tada sounds a lot easier than trying to understand those wiring diagrams in engineer language.

            I don't think its an electrical problem. Its either a faulty dme/cps/or mixed up fuel lines. But if I have spark doesn't that rule out the wiring and dme?

              Not too hard when you look at it like roads, each wire is a road. All you gotta do is get the traffic from one city to travel the correct road to end up in the right town next door.

                It only took me 45mins. The wiring diagram I got had the pin#'s. You can see the numbers on the plugs, not hard at all

                        You will hear a battle from both sides, but from my experience, I have never seen a properly soldered, and heat shrinked connection break or seperate due to vibrations. Plus, butt connectors uncovered are a nasty place to get internal wire corrosion.
