        I wonder what the legal ground is his ad does not state it has an m50 in it yet it also does not say it has the correct s50 either.

          Damn that really sucks!! I feel your pain. I just got a bum 7mgte from a guy in Orlando. You can contact the county's economic crimes department start there, they should help you some. Once they review it and determine a crime was committed they send an officer to the crooks house along with a subpoena. Then the fun begins!!! They are still trying to locate the ass-hat that ripped me off. Lots of this crap going on be cautious of major online purchases.

                From what he thought was a running M3 with just some issues that needed fixed.
                The guy needed to unload the car because he was moving and that was the reason it was so cheap.
