not really, everything is behind the grill, bumper, ETC. it is a really clean way to go though.
you need to bend the upper drivers side mount aout a little and cut the lower drivers side then redrill the hole. it is super easy! i did it with the condenser installed still and had no problems.
with the euro mounts it would be even easier.
the connectors are backwards from the E-30 though. the male and female sides of the plug are reversed so you will need to cut and solder/heat shrink those also.
next time i am in there is will pull my grills and kidney and see if i can get a good pic.
i did this in preperation for the M-30 swap since i wont be able to run a mechanical cooling fan then.
