e34 oil pans come with a stock baffle.... don't they? Early e34 oil pans came with it riveted on.

they come with a stock windage tray. a baffle prevents oil from getting away from the pickup under cornering. So, no as far as i know, no one makes one ready to weld in. I am looking into this though.

I wonder how much they would want for that.

If someone made a kit I would buy it no problem. I would imagine there is a market for this..

VAC makes an e34 oil pan baffle. it is $200. I am making my own.

I am wondering if anyone is using the stock e36 windage tray instead of the factory e34 windage tray. I dont want to go through the trouble of removing the rivited tray to find the e36 tray wont work. any thoughts on this?

I have a VAC baffle, but it isn't installed. Make your own, they're overpriced just like everything else associated with VAC. Only reason I have it is because they gave to me for "cost"
