E30 Swap....

Guys...i just bought an E30 beside my 2JZ Z3...and i want to know wut is the best engine to swap in an E30 (Budget wise-Not an S engine)...and i want to know wut is the best engine to turbo...i thought of the M50B25 (Non vanos)...if u have any ideas...please help me cuz i'm really confused...thx
