im not here to argue which is better, it was just an idea that would be cheap and would most likely perform well, given the line doesnt come off :D

of course it makes sense to get the return oil out of the turbo and into the pan as quickly as possible, but keep in mind the oil going into the turbo is under pressure. once the return line fills with oil as it eventually will in the photos, the pump pressure will force the return oil back to the pan anyway. i don't see a problem. an after market turbo timer might be a good idea to avoid coking after shutdown.

The oil going into the turbo is very low pressure and the return line should have NO pressure. If you have pressure in your return line, you will be blowing clouds of black smoke out your tailpipe.

That's exactly where I would put it. Keep in mind, the SPA manifold mounts the turbo slightly higher and closer to the block than the Turbonetics, so the angle will be better.

Do you want to send me your car and let me do one to build the pipe jigs and base the kit off of? I don't own a DOHC e30 anymore. I have a few local people who have flapped their gums about having us do a kit, but nobody put their money where their mouth is.

I'll be happy to run this GB and give a decent discount if I can. The more the merrier, if you know what I mean. I'll give a price when we get a good idea for how many people are interested.

                        **Updated**

OK, it takes 5 people to get these prices.

SPA manifold only (no WG pipe) - $500 (16% off)
                        TRM motor mount - $100 (33% off)

If you guys want any other parts, let me know, I will see what I can do.

                        Thanks,
                        Matt

Nope, but you get the first kit, installed and tuned, for a reasonable price.

I lowered the price on the manifold in the post above... Check it out. $150 off if you buy the combo. :)

The guy on ebay is selling them for the old price. Prices have gone up since then. Sorry.

If you get 5 people, I will see what I can do. This is cutting it pretty thin as it is.
