I was going to run a getrag 250 out of an e36 325i but I found a local ZF for a reasonable price. I have a new clutch kit for my getrag 250 will that work with the ZF??
If I were you, I'd sell the clutch kit and get one meant for the ZF. The E36 M3 flywheel is larger, and has WAY better feel and grab than the G250 clutch. I've had both, and there's no comparison.
I'm fairly certain you could use the G250 clutch on a flywheel meant for a G250.
