Yeah, the CEL does not illuminate with a VSS code.

Alright. Now with this being said... Where do I check the wiring? I didn't do my wiring for my swap, the guy I bought the motor from did it.

If you have a wiring adapter, check to see that pin 14 on the x20 matches up with pin 14 on the C101.

Check instrument cluster connector C2 pin 10 (BU/YL) with C101 pin 14. If that checks out, try to borrow an instrument cluster from someone. Sometimes clusters can go bad, and the injection electronics uses the speed output signal at C2 pin 10 on late model cars.

I ran the codes today, and I have an o2 sensor code, and a knock sensor code.

Pretty sure it wasn't the solenoid since it was fine when it wasn't under load. (reving out of gear)
Then when it was in gear it would totally crap out right at 3k rpm's. I just figured it was the seals even though when the shop tested the unit with air pressure it actuated just as it was supposed to.
