what brand/model tires are you running?

I expected my e30 was going to lack in traction but no grip at all? Get to tail happy ( fun but don't want to do it all the time ) can take off in 1st then slam on it bye bye traction. easy shift to 2nd slam on it no traction. Haven't tried 3rd yet since I was trying it out on a open road near my house. I have a 5 lug conversion 700lb spring rear 224/45 17 for now ) also heavy system in the trunk. What do you use or recommend? running s50 s/c

If it doesn't rain too much and you aren't concerned with noise and tread life, Nitto NT-01.

A S/C S50 is a lot different from my S52 E30, but I've got 225/50/15 Hankook RS2's. No issues with traction as long as I'm driving responsibly ie. I only lose traction if I want to.

            Good luck.

With the power you are making, you won't hook up with that small of a tire, and that stiff of a rear end.

To start, get a 2.73/9 lsd. Then get flares and wider tires to put the power down better. ;)
