This is a problem that plagues many swapped cars, including mine at one point. Fortunately I'm a tech and have access to computer so I can read the ECU junk while the car is running which let me see that the O2 reading were WAY out of spec. I'm running an Innovate LM-1 wideband and have the output set to mimic the 0-1v stock O2 readings so I've eliminated the stock O2 circuit completely but you should be able to get it to work without going the wideband route. I wanted to be able to monitor what was going on in my motor though so I was able to kill two birds with that stone but it still took a lot of trial and error trying different ECU/Chip combos to get everything hunky dory.
