Which euro headers to use, s50b32 or s50b30? Us s52 motor

I have a 1999 US s52 engine with cats that I'm looking to install s50 euro headers on. In searching for the headers I found s50b30 and s50b32 types of headers, the s50b32 have o2 sensor bungs being the only difference I could cull from the threads. Is it the only difference?

Are the s50b32 bunged headers going to mate up to the US s52?
Hoping someone who has done this can chime in?
