Hello All,
While swapping motors in my E30 I discovered this part (see photo) sitting on the ground after swapping the oil filter housing and power steering components from the M50 engine that was in the car to the replacement M50 engine. I did not remove this part and my friend that was helping me does not recall removing it either. I have spent quite a bit of time looking at schematics for those areas of the engine as well as going through a lot of pages in this forum without any luck. I'm reaching out with the hopes that someone recognizes this part so I can continue my project. Thanks in advance! Misc - M50 Part Reduced.pdf
